Resident Life

  • You can pay online via the resident portal, Entrata or via a cashier’s check, money order, or personal check. 

  • Yes, we require it for all apartments. The cost varies based on the company/policy you choose.

  • Guests cannot be onsite for more than 10 consecutive days out of a year without being added to the lease. Residents are responsible for their guests when they are onsite.

  • Electricity is paid separately through Pacific Power. Water is paid with sewer/trash through Conservice.

  • No. We have onsite trash and recycling. Paid monthly by the resident via the resident portal, Henri – through Conservice using the RUBS formula – along with water/sewer.

Application Process

  • Security Deposit (Upon Approved Credit) – $500

  • Yes, we have bike racks.

  • $400 pet deposit for the 1st pet and $200 pet deposit for the second pet. Pet rent is $40 monthly per animal. Pet deposit may be refundable at move-out.

  • Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per apartment (cat/dog). 70-pound weight limit and breed restrictions apply.
