Depending on the time of year, mornings at Conifer Place can take a few different forms. But this is Oregon… no matter what the weather looks like, you’ll be ready for it. After you take the dog out for a quick walk around the park-like property, use the indoor, on-site fitness center to get your workout in before heading off to school or work. And if you’re working from home, there are tons of amenities to break up your workday.

It’s easy to head back to Conifer Place in between classes or on a lunch break and make use of our outdoor amenities. Go for a quick swim in the pool, play a game of basketball or bocce ball, then take a rest at one of the many seating areas sprinkled throughout the complex.

Once you’re finished with work or school, it’s time to take advantage of the amazing restaurants and bars that Corvallis has to offer. Students may want to head back towards the university for a night of fun, but for everyone else, a short walk will bring you to tons of great places for a bite or drink… with a crowd that may be a little less rowdy.

Your weekends are the time to really take advantage of what Conifer Place has to offer. Organize a ping pong tournament! Invite some friends over and grill out on the lawn! Or head to one of the many parks and trails around the complex, and spend a beautiful day exploring The Valley. There’s something for everyone here, so come check it out yourself!
